Orlando Bullock – President and CEO

Orlando Bullock is President, CEO, and Founder of SDSE. He provides strategic vision for the company, grows the company through business development and partnerships, and leads and directs the operation of all programs and projects. Mr. Bullock’s background includes extensive project management experience in full lifecycle software development, project planning, and function point analysis; and technical knowledge in object-oriented software development, enterprise architecture development, data modeling, web application development and portals, systems integration, and enterprise business intelligence. Mr. Bullock received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Loyola College in Maryland. He also served in the United States Army for four years.


Jason Lee – Director of Management Services

Our Director of Management Services, Jason Lee, joined SDSE in November, 2009 and is responsible for all contract management in his business unit. Mr. Lee contributes over 13 years of experience in the management consulting and IT services industries; and since 2001, in Federal Government program and project management. Jason joins SDSE from Unisys Corporation where for the last 6 years he oversaw the resource and operations management functions for the Unisys Homeland Security Practice. There he was tasked with managing the $2 billion ITMS contract in which Unisys handled the IT infrastructure for the Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Lee attended Morgan State University in Maryland with a concentration in Marketing and currently holds the Project Management Institute certification of PMP.
